Today I took part in a class meeting and discussed different ideas for our third project. We are making a magazine for the college promoting our course, Access to Creative Industries. I am going to write an article about living with a nut allergy and the difficulties of knowing what is safe to eat due to over labeling with "May Contain Nuts" or in some cases, like school diners, no labeling at all; some times the dinner ladies don't even know what is in the food themselves. I gathered some info off the net and will gather some images as well.
