I have been very busy doing research for my part of the documentary. The group I have been placed in consits of Jennifer and Alexandra along with myself.
From the 2nd through 19th of April the entire college is on Easter Break after we returned we started planning for the trip up to the castle. During this trip we must get enough usable footage for our parts of the documentary, then in the fallowing weeks we will edit it all together to make a cohesive DVD.
On the 29th of April we went up to the castle to do our filming. Our class divided into groups and proceeded to film footage relevant to our own topics. I did the majority of filming for my group. We did not get to use a tripod as there was a shortage of them, so some of the footage might be a bit shaky.
May the 2nd and 3rd were college in-service days. Thursday the 6th we tried to up load the footage but the computers wouldn't cooperate with us so we had to leave it for the fallowing week after the maintenance man has had a look at them and fixed the problem.
Editing is going well however when Alex and I tried to do our over dubbing the mics didn't really want to work. We should finish our part of the documentary by the end of next week.
